Portuguese Egg Tart (full Egg Version)

Add white sugar to pure milk and cook on low heat until the sugar melts. Do not boil the milk.

When the milk is cool, add 2 eggs and mix well.

The egg tart liquid is ready, if you want a more delicate taste, you can sift the egg tart liquid.

Pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart crust, eighth full.
5.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. This recipe just bake 10 egg tarts.
2. The egg tart liquid can be sieved or not, I never sifted.
