Pot Chicken Wings with Red Dates

Cut the chicken wings into three sections, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger.

Boil the chicken wings with the sliced ginger and green onion in cold water and add water to the boiling pot.

Wash the soaked white fungus and slice ginger. Wash the gorgon and peel the ginkgo.

Tips:
When chicken wings are blanched, adding yellow wine, green onion and ginger can remove fishy, because chicken wings are not bloody, filter the original soup and save it.
