Potato Cake

Finely chop green onions, dice carrots and ham.

Add the diced carrots, chopped green onions, and diced ham to the mashed potatoes, then add three spoons of flour, a small amount of salt, and pepper to mix well or knead the dough by hand.

Then knead the kneaded noodles into a cake shape with your hands. It is best to dip a little flour so that it will not be too sticky.

It is best to use a baking pan or a frying pan, put a small amount of oil in the pan, and fry the pancakes to yellow on both sides on a low fire.

Serve on the plate, potato pancakes with rice porridge.
Tips:
1. There is no need to add water in the process of making noodles. 2. Adding flour will make the cakes easy to loose and not form into cakes. 3. Be sure to fry on low heat, otherwise it will burn easily.
