Potato Cakes
1.
Two potatoes are cooked and pressed into puree.
2.
Add appropriate amount of milk, salt, sugar, starch, flour and make a dough.
3.
The mixed dough rests for 15 minutes.
4.
Roll out into thin sheets and press out the patterns you like.
5.
Use a straw to blow up a few small holes to heat more evenly.
6.
Fry into the frying pan until golden brown and out of the pan.
7.
Pair it with your child’s favorite tomato sauce and you’re done...
