Potato Cakes with Minced Meat and Mixed Vegetables (reduced Fat Version)
1.
Prepare materials.
1. Potatoes. After peeling, cut into small pieces, ready to be steamed. The serving size can only be below 125G, because it is a fat-reducing meal.
2. Lean pork. Be lean and don’t add fat, because it is fat reduction. About 50G.
3. Miscellaneous vegetables. Onions, carrots, garlic, spring onions, etc. I think this can be adjusted according to personal taste, but the vegetables must be finely chopped. The more chopped the better, because it must be mixed with the mashed potatoes in the end.
4. Seasoning. Salt and black pepper to taste. For oil, only 2 teaspoons are enough.
2.
Steamed potatoes. This can actually be done at the beginning, while shredding other materials. It is steamed for about 10 minutes.
3.
Marinated meat. While steaming the potatoes, we can prepare other ingredients, including mincing the pork, marinating it with salt (half a teaspoon), black pepper, and cornstarch to make the meat more delicious.
4.
Make mashed potatoes. After the potatoes are ripe, press the potatoes into puree. Haha, because there are no other professional tools at home, I use a spatula. Anyway, no matter what tool you use, you can press it into mud~~~
5.
Stir-fried meat, miscellaneous vegetables and other materials. After making the mashed potatoes, let them cool. Then we can fry other ingredients. Why do you want to stir-fry, because I think it is more difficult to ensure that the meat is cooked if it is mixed directly with mashed potatoes and then fried, so my method is to fry all other ingredients first.
The order of cutting is to put a teaspoon of oil first, then the meat. After sautéing the meat, add garlic, onions, green onions, carrots and other vegetables to stir fry together.
6.
Seasoning. Stir fry almost, just add some black pepper and salt to taste. For salt, just add 1 teaspoon.
7.
Mix mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables. Put the mixed vegetables in a large bowl, then pour in the previously pressed mashed potatoes and mix them thoroughly.
8.
Pinch the potato balls and prepare for frying. Put on gloves (because I don't have special gloves, I directly put two fresh-keeping bags on my hands), and knead the mixed mashed potatoes into a ball.
9.
Pancakes. Heat a non-stick pan, put a teaspoon of oil, push the oil away with a spatula, and put the potato balls one by one. Then use a spatula to squash the potato balls into a potato pie shape. When frying, use a low fire is almost the same, because the fire is too big and the ingredients are cooked, so there is no need to worry about the relationship between cooked and unripe. This step is mainly to make the potato cakes shape and look good. Fry both sides of the pie until it's golden, then you can serve it~
Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook all the ingredients before frying, because during the frying process, the reduced-fat version of the vegetables is less oily, so it is easy to burn, cook the ingredients in advance, you can eat more assured.
2. For mashed potatoes, some household tools can actually use a mixer, which is faster.
