Potato Chips with Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, potatoes

Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces

Wash and slice the potatoes
4.
Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add the cabbage and stir fry evenly
6.
Add some light soy sauce
7.
Add potato chips

Stir fry over high heat until the cabbage collapses

Add water and bring to a boil

Simmer for 5-8 minutes

Stew until the cabbage is soft and rotten, add salt to taste, then turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table
Tips:
1. Because the potato chips are relatively thin, after the cabbage is simmered until soft and rotten, the potato chips must be cooked too
2. After the cabbage is put into the pot, stir fry for a while to evaporate a part of the water vapor in the cabbage
