Potato Curry Chicken

Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms into small pieces, cut the chicken into pieces, marinate them with cooking wine and salt for half an hour.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok, add the chicken nuggets and stir fry until the oil is hot.

Add onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms and fry until soft.

Put the fried ingredients into the soup pot and add 500ml of water.

Put in curry cubes.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Cook until the soup thickens.
Tips:
The curry cubes are already very rich in flavor, so there is no need to add other seasonings.
