Potato Pancakes
1.
Baby potatoes, two onions, half a small green pepper (forgot to take photos), flour, bacon, and an egg
2.
As shown in the picture, cut the potatoes, shred bacon, onion, green pepper, and dice.
3.
All the dishes are placed in a container and the water is drained. First add an appropriate amount of salt, then pour in the appropriate flour, stir and add the seasoning. I added a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of sesame oil. Then leave it for 5 minutes
4.
Cover the pan with a thin layer of oil, pour into the pan and fry on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes
5.
Then carefully turn it over and continue frying and finally you can get it out of the pan
6.
Finally, you can fry a poached egg with an undercooked yolk as a decoration. Put it on the cake. You can pierce the yolk and dipped it. It tastes good.
7.
Finally, cut into a few pieces and it's ok
Tips:
In order to prevent unevenness when the potato pancakes are put in the pan or the pancakes are too thick, they need to be rolled into the pan with a spoon so that they will not break when they are turned over. At the end, you can sprinkle some tomato sauce on the pancakes, which is also very delicious.
