Potato Roast Chicken

Ingredients: chicken nuggets, potato nuggets, green, red pepper, garlic, ginger, green onion, pepper, aniseed, rock sugar, dried pepper and shiitake mushrooms

Boil the chicken nuggets in a pot under cold water with two slices of ginger.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili, pepper, aniseed, rock sugar, stir fry to get a flavor, then add the blanched chicken pieces and stir fry.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour beer and shiitake mushrooms, turn to a low heat and simmer for half an hour.

After half an hour, add potatoes and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
