Potato Roasted Seaweed

Ingredients: 500 grams of kelp root, 1 potato, 1 carrot Ingredients: minced meat, green onion, ginger, garlic Seasoning: Korean soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine

Cut kelp into diamond shapes, and slice potatoes and carrots;

After the oil is heated, put the potato chips and carrot slices over the deep-fried surface to remove the golden brown and set aside;

Take another pot and fry the minced meat, green onion, ginger, and garlic into the wok until fragrant;

Fry the kelp slices in a pot;

Cook in Korean soy sauce and cooking wine;

Pour in water, simmer for 10 minutes after the water is boiled;

After 10 minutes, put the oiled potato slices and carrot slices into a pot and cook, add salt and sugar to taste, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. When making potato chips and carrot chips at home, you can cook them directly without using oil;
2. Because I use the roots of kelp, it is easy to ripen. In order to have the same maturity of the ingredients, simmer the kelp for 10 minutes, and then simmer the potatoes and carrots.
