Roll it into a long strip about 14 cm in length, and then the spring rolls are made, and then start frying. Heat the pan on a low heat and fry slowly until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Note that you must wait for the potato shreds to cool before wrapping, otherwise the spring roll skin will be damaged if the temperature is too high... Add some auxiliary materials appropriately, and the green and red pepper shreds will have a better effect.
