Potato Stew with Olives

Potatoes, tomatoes cut into pieces, olives cut into strips

Add oil and sauté the garlic cloves, add the meat slices, and stir fry the carrot slices until the meat slices are basically cooked

Add potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add olives and stir fry until the olives are soft, about 5 minutes, add salt and a small amount of sugar in the middle
