Ingredients

Potato Tower

1. Sweet potatoes, potatoes peeled and washed

2. Cut an oblique knife and cut into thin slices. When cutting, put the chopsticks twice to prevent it from cutting through (pictured)

3. After the oblique knife is cut, put the bottom on top and cut the straight knife. Is it connected?

4. Pour starch into the plate, put the cut potato towers into the starch, and after all the starch is coated, remove the excess starch

5. Try to pick the potatoes as long as possible, from the middle of the two, not too big, not too ripe! (Pictured)

6. Pour oil in the pot to heat up, put in potato chips, use chopsticks to hold both ends, and pull as far as possible!

7. Take it out when it's golden brown and sprinkle your favorite seasoning on it!

8. I also added some ketchup! Because it is my son's favorite! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

9. For the spicy noodles, I use barbecued spicy noodles! It tastes good 😊

Tips:

Clamp it with chopsticks, and be careful to break it when you pull it!
