Potatoes with Sauce

Prepare the ingredients: 7 small potatoes, cut into small pieces with a peeling hob, mince green onions, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, black pepper, oil, and hot water for later use.

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add star anise and potatoes and stir fry for a while.

Step 2: Add a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and stir fry.

Step 3: Add 100°C boiling water, immerse the potatoes, cover the pot, cook for about 5 minutes on high heat, open the pot, add black pepper, mix well, and collect the soup.

Step 4: The sauced potatoes are done, remember not to add salt. Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions over low heat.
