Potherb Mustard Stewed Tofu

Pickled potherb mustard, wash away the excess salt, and cut into small pieces. Meat slices, tofu slices thicker slices, green onions, ginger slices

Heat the pot and pour the oil, stir-fry the meat slices in the pot until the color changes, add the green onion, ginger, dried chili aniseed and stir fragrant

Squeeze the water in the potherb mustard, stir-fry in the pot, and let out moisture

Add water (may be a little more), add a little sugar, a little salt, and pepper to a boil
