Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Pick out the shrimp thread.

Heat the pan, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add prawns, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, and chopped green onion in turn and stir well.

Tips:
Oyster sauce itself has saltiness. If there are few shrimps, sea salt is not added.
