Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

Mince garlic, cut into small pieces of pepper, and cut preserved egg into pieces.

Pour peanut oil in a hot pan, turn off the heat when the oil temperature rises, add the chili and minced garlic, stir fry with a spatula.

When the minced garlic is slightly yellow, add some light soy sauce and cook it.
5.
Drizzle the chili minced garlic sauce on the preserved eggs and you're done.
Tips:
The minced garlic that has been fried in oil is not as spicy, but it is more fragrant. This sauce is suitable for many, many dishes.
