Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Three preserved eggs, peeled and set aside.

Prepare the condiments, light soy sauce, vinegar, and chili pepper.

Pour appropriate amount of seasoning into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cut the preserved eggs into orange petals and place them on the plate, and just add the seasoning sauce.
Tips:
1. Don't eat more preserved eggs at one time, they contain lead.
2. You can steam it at high temperature for 5 minutes before eating, then let it cool before cutting.
3. Put the vinegar in the seasoning in order to neutralize the alkali taste, you can add some garlic powder and mix well to detoxify and enhance the taste.
