Press Elbows

First handle the elbows (singeing, soaking, washing).
Put the knuckles in an Adi pot, add ingredients (soaked soy sauce, cloves, nutmeg, grass fruit, cinnamon, pepper, aniseed, salt, fennel, bay leaves) supermarket meat packets, add old soup or water

Pressure cooker for 50 minutes, serve, remove while hot

Remove the bones (must be hot, otherwise the bones will not come down)

Prepare a large piece of gauze, wrap the boneless elbow, and tie it with string, so that it is not too loose. (Pictured)

Prepare a heavy object (you can use a brick to put it in a convenient bag) and press it on the elbow. It is best to have a place underneath where the oil leaks down (you can use a small pot to put the steamer curtain on top). It’s a dumbbell’s slipknot and a brick). Tips:
