Private Cooking Fish

1. Clean up the fish, dry the water and set aside

2. Non-stick pan, smear with ginger to prevent the fish from breaking

3. Heat the pan, add some oil, add the fish and fry the golden brown on both sides

4. Add sugar at high temperature, cook with vinegar, Huadiao wine (use cooking wine or white wine if not), green onion and ginger

5. Add water, some dark soy sauce and salt, and cook in a lid

6. Turn off the heat, add seafood sauce or steamed fish soy sauce, or chicken essence

Tips:
