Private Cooking Fish

Clean up the fish, dry the water and set aside

Non-stick pan, smear with ginger to prevent the fish from breaking

Heat the pan, add some oil, add the fish and fry the golden brown on both sides

Add sugar at high temperature, cook with vinegar, Huadiao wine (use cooking wine or white wine if not), green onion and ginger

Add water, some dark soy sauce and salt, and cook in a lid
