Prepare the dishes: Wash the hang peppers and red hot peppers, cut into thin strips with an oblique knife; chop garlic and ginger, and set aside

Marinated meat: thinly sliced pork belly with skin, add 1 tablespoon of seafood juice to a bowl, marinate for 10 minutes

Stir-fry: After heating the pan, pour the oil, pour the cold oil into the meat slices, stir-fry on low heat, and fry until the meat slices are slightly curled with oil, set aside

Tips:
1. There is a good way to remove the seeds of green pepper. You can press down on the root of the green pepper, press it down and then pull it out, the seeds can be removed smoothly, remember to take it out.
2. If you don't like to eat pork belly, you can try to use pork hind leg meat, which is more chewy and easier to taste. Of course, beef is also a good choice, but it should be noted that the beef is easy to cook and needs to be stir-fried, but not for too long, otherwise it will be "old beef".
