Okonomiyaki is a kind of vegetable pancake in Japan. It uses cabbage (cabbage) as the base of the vegetable batter, plus all kinds of seafood, meat or other vegetable and fruit materials, and it is fried until it is called "Assorted Pancakes." With various ingredients, it can be called "Japanese pizza". I made this private Okonomiyaki today, with my own braised pork and a special sauce prepared by myself. The taste is quite rich, and the seafood is rich in flavor, which is very delicious. I feel a bit like octopus balls, but the taste is much richer than that of small balls. "

Private Okonomiyaki

1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips (the finer the cut, the better).

2. Squid should be fried in boiling water and cut into small pieces, marinated meat, onion diced, coriander chopped.

3. Add eggs and water to the flour to make a batter.

4. Stir cabbage shreds, onion diced and chopped coriander into the batter and mix well.

5. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

6. Add the polished yam mud.

7. Stir it into a thicker vegetable batter.

8. Brush a little oil in the Kofia-vitamin frying pan and heat it over medium heat.

9. Pour in the batter and shake it slightly to evenly distribute the batter in the pan. Fry on medium heat until the batter loses fluidity.

10. Sprinkle squid silk and braised pork on the surface of the batter, cover and fry on low heat until the surface of the batter changes color.

11. Lee Kum Kee Honey Barbecue Sauce and Barbecue Sauce 1; 1 make a sauce.

12. Brush evenly on the surface of the pancakes, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for a while.

13. Squeeze caviar on the surface of the pancake.

14. Sprinkle with bonito flowers.

15. Sprinkle sea moss.

Tips:

1. If there is no caviar, you can use salad dressing instead, and the taste is quite good.

2. If you want the batter to become yellowish in color, you can add another egg.

3. Whip the yam mud when it is used to avoid oxidation and discoloration.

4. The yam mud increases the elasticity of the batter, just a proper amount.
