Prosperous New Year Fish

Fresh grass carp, fish gills and fish intestines, rinse with water and set aside.

Take off the fish head and cut the fish with a knife, as shown in the picture.

Prepare some shredded ginger, shredded pepper, and shredded coriander.

Pour vegetable oil in another pot and boil.

Top with chili oil and serve with sesame oil.
