Pu'er Tea Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly and cut it into 2x2.5 cm size blocks, mix well with Huadiao wine and marinate for 15 minutes

Put the pork belly in a casserole, then pour in the brewed Pu'er tea, without the meat

Add dried hawthorn slices and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour

After an hour, put a few hard-boiled eggs, then add the dark soy sauce, continue to cook for an hour on low heat

Finally add rock sugar and cook for another 30-40 minutes
