Puff Pastry Grilled Prawns
1.
8 large green prawns.
2.
Separate the head and tail of the green prawn, cut the back of the shrimp with a knife, and take out the shrimp thread [prawn intestines].
3.
Use a knife to chop the shrimp a few times to prevent the shrimp from shrinking and rolling up during grilling.
4.
Sprinkle a little cooking wine on the shrimp meat, sprinkle a little pepper and a little salt to make the bottom taste.
5.
Boil the head of the shrimp to prevent it from turning black after being left for a long time.
6.
Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add a spoonful of broth [add water without broth], then add tomato sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce, boil the sauce and simmer into a seasoning sauce.
7.
Place the shrimp on the puff pastry.
8.
Brush the puff pastry with egg liquid, separate them in the shape of shrimps, and put the boiled seasoning sauce on the shrimps. Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
