Pumpkin Buns

Pumpkin steamed

Crush the cooked pumpkin, add sugar and osmanthus, stir to melt, or use a food processor to make pumpkin puree

Add yeast powder and stir to melt

Add pumpkin puree to flour

Add pumpkin puree if it's too dry, add flour if it's too wet, and knead it into a smooth dough

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double size

Exhaust, cut into small pieces, fermented to double size

Steam in a pot on boiling water for 15 minutes

Don't ask me how delicious it is, I will find out after trying it myself. The sweetness of osmanthus and the taste of pumpkin are simply a perfect combination.
