Pumpkin Candied Glutinous Rice Porridge

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for several hours

Prepare peanuts, candied dates, and pumpkin

Add proper amount of water to a boiling pot, and after boiling

After the water is boiled, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

Then put in the pumpkin cubes

Continue to simmer for 10 minutes

Tips:
When making porridge, the ingredients should be soaked in clean water in advance, and the pot should be boiled under water, so as to prevent the rice grains from sticking to the bottom of the pot, and the boiled porridge rice grains are full and sticky. When the porridge is about to boil, stir it with a spoon to make the rice and water fully merge.
