Pumpkin Egg Roll

1. Ingredients: pumpkin, eggs, pork floss, mozzarella cheese, flour, butter

2. Mix the eggs, flour and water, and stir to form a paste (as thin as possible)

3. Add mashed pumpkin to the paste

4. Add another spoonful of butter

5. Heat oil in a pan, low fire (only need very little oil)

6. Place the egg mixture, and while pouring it, shake the pan in a circular motion to make the egg mixture evenly spread.

7. Turn it over and continue frying after it solidifies

8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pork floss on the quiche

9. Roll up an edge with a shovel

10. Continue volume

11. Roll it into an egg roll and it's ready to go out
