Pumpkin Flower Pie

The pumpkin flowers are cleaned, washed, drained and chopped for later use.

Add flour and chopped pumpkin flowers, add appropriate amount of salt, a little chopped green onion, beat in an egg, stir well, heat the pan with a little oil, and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
