Pumpkin Gnocchi

1. Wash the old pumpkin and slice it. Steamed in a steamer

2. Stir the steamed pumpkin into a paste with a food processor

3. Pour pumpkin paste and glutinous rice flour into a large bowl and mix well

4. Knead into a smooth, non-stick dough

5. Add a little glutinous rice flour with brown sugar and mix well.

6. Roll the dough into long strips

7. Cut a squeeze of the same size.

8. Take a small dough and knead it round and press it into a small nest with your thumb, and put in an appropriate amount of brown sugar powder

9. Tighten with a tiger's mouth and rub the circle again.

10. Use a spatula to press out the pumpkin lines

11. The cooked glutinous rice balls.

12. Put raisins on the surface for decoration

13. Boil half a pot of boiling water in a saucepan, and carefully add the dumplings. Cook until the glutinous rice balls are all floating.

14. Eat it while it's hot.
