Pumpkin Pie

The pumpkin and sugar are put into a food processor and pureed. Just mix it without a cooking machine! It's just not so delicate.

Add glutinous rice flour to make a dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare biscuits and sesame seeds.

Divide the awake dough into 40g small portions, (depending on the size of the biscuit), round it, and flatten it with your hands.

Spread cold water on both sides of the pressed dough and dip a biscuit on one side.

Glue the middle dough with a layer of sesame seeds and hold it tightly with your hands to prevent it from falling off.

Do all in order

Heat the oil to 30% hot, then turn to medium and low heat and fry until golden.
