Pumpkin Pretzel Roll

Mix pumpkin juice with flour, yeast, and white sugar to form a smooth dough

Fermented at room temperature to twice the size

After the dough is fermented, knead it again to be smooth, and then roll it into a dough

Sprinkle a little cooking oil and salt and pepper, spread evenly

The dough is rolled from one end to the other, closing down

Cut into 3~5cm segments with a knife
