It’s really good to use the golden yellow of pumpkin to make ingot dumplings. It looks very festive and suitable for Chinese New Year!

Yuanbao Dumplings

1. Add a small amount of water to the pumpkin to make a paste, then filter out the pumpkin juice with a sieve

2. Pour 110g of pumpkin juice into 250g of flour

3. Knead into a smooth dough, then cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes

4. This time to adjust the meat filling

5. Add eggs and mustard greens to the minced pork, then add all the seasonings and stir in one direction.

6. Roll the loose dough into a thin crust

7. Then use a round mold to print out the round dumpling wrappers

8. Take a dumpling wrapper and put meat filling in the middle

9. Fold it in half and seal it tightly

10. Then pinch the two ends to the middle

11. Do everything well

12. Heat the water, put some salt and a few drops of oil in it, and you can get it when it's cooked!

Tips:

The dough for making dumplings should be as hard as possible, the water absorption of flour is not the same, all the water content should be increased or decreased as appropriate!
You can make more of them at once, put them in a fresh-keeping box and freeze them in the refrigerator, which is very convenient for eating!
