Pumpkin Puree Sandwich

1. Prepare the ingredients, steam the pumpkin and press into a puree, blanch the spinach and chop, and fry the intestines in a non-stick pan without fried eggs

2. Put bread slices on the plastic wrap and smear pumpkin puree

3. Then put a layer of spinach, purple cabbage, eggs, sausage, purple cabbage, spinach, pumpkin puree in this order

4. Finally put in a slice of bread and press it lightly

5. Wrap it with plastic wrap and cut it with a knife. Don’t cut the last layer of plastic wrap.

6. A breakfast with milk coffee ➕ apple, a very low-fat but very nutritious breakfast

Tips:

If you don’t like pumpkin, use salad dressing instead. I’m reducing fat, so I do this
