Pumpkin Puree Sandwich

Prepare the ingredients, steam the pumpkin and press into a puree, blanch the spinach and chop, and fry the intestines in a non-stick pan without fried eggs

Put bread slices on the plastic wrap and smear pumpkin puree

If you don’t like pumpkin, use salad dressing instead. I’m reducing fat, so I do this
