Pumpkin Purple Sweet Potato Toast

Put all the ingredients except butter purple potato powder and pumpkin powder into the bread machine, and start the kneading program to the end.

After the kneading program is over, start the kneading program again, and put in the butter that has softened at room temperature and kneading until the end. (Republic twice)

After kneading the dough, the dough will be fermented to double its size.

Take out the basic fermented dough, knead it to flatten the dough, and divide it into 4 equal parts.

Take two portions of dough, add purple potato flour and pumpkin flour, and knead into a two-color dough. (Pumpkin powder and purple potato powder are better to knead with a little water first, and then add it to the dough to make it easier to knead)

Cover the four doughs with plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, knead the dough to flatten and vent the dough and put it into a toast mold.

Then put the mold dough into the oven, start the fermentation function, and put a cup of warm water to ferment the dough for the second time until the mold is 8 minutes full.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, send the second-fried noodles to the middle and lower layers of the oven, and bake them at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. (Oven temperature depends on personal oven temperament setting)

The finished product will be released from the mold immediately, and let cool and sliced.

Tips:
The temperature of the oven depends on the personal oven setting. I use two water cube toast molds, and the divided dough is also smaller, so the baking time is short, which only takes 25 minutes. If you use a 450g toast mold, it takes about 35 minutes.
Please pay more attention to the oven during the roasting period. When I look at my mobile phone, I will overheat it, but it doesn't affect the taste.
