Pumpkin, Red Dates and Trotter Soup
1.
Prepare trotters, pumpkins, and red dates.
2.
Add water to the soup pot, add ginger slices and fine salt to boil until warm, blanch the trotters in the pot until clean.
3.
Take out the blanched pig's knuckles and add some white vinegar.
4.
Add appropriate amount of sugar.
5.
Slightly marinate for half an hour.
6.
Put the marinated pig's feet in a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water and red dates.
7.
High-grade stew for two to three hours until the pig's feet are mature.
8.
Then cut the pumpkin into a pot and simmer.
9.
Simmer for about half an hour.
10.
Turn off the power, add an appropriate amount of fine salt and serve immediately.
Tips:
Pumpkin is an easy-to-cook ingredient, so it must be simmered separately, or the pig's feet are cooked at the end and the melon is rotten.
