Pumpkin Steamed Pork

Soak the pork belly in water for 15 minutes, then wash and cut into pieces

Pour the steamed meat powder into the meat

Add rice wine and water and mix well

Put an appropriate amount of water and steaming rack in the pressure cooker, put the mixed pork belly inside and close the lid, select the meat ribs in turn, for 40 minutes

Wash and cut pumpkin

After the pork belly is steamed and exhausted, open the lid of the pressure cooker, put the cut pumpkin pieces on top of the meat, close the lid, and press for another 10 minutes
7.
Take out the steamed pork and mix well.
Tips:
The steamed meat powder I bought already has salt in it, so there is no need to add salt and soy sauce!
