Speaking of this dish, I have to say that I am lazy, in order to reduce time, to save trouble. . . Hey, you know, it only took two simple steps anyway: 1) Marinating, marinate the ribs the night before; 2) Pressure cooker steaming, put them all on the pressure cooker and steam them on the next morning. In fifteen minutes, the dish is complete.

The result of doing this made me a little disappointed. The pumpkin is a bit out of shape, because putting it in a pressure cooker saves time for steaming the ribs, but it still takes too long for the pumpkin. It seems that this lazy method may not work. However, if you don't care about the appearance of the dish, but only pay attention to the taste, it is definitely a way to be promoted. Choose for yourself. "

Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

1. Put ginger slices, a small amount of salt and fermented bean curd juice in the chopped ribs;

2. Stir well and marinate for more than half an hour; (I marinated it overnight in advance);

3. Add an appropriate amount of olive oil and stir well before steaming;

4. Cut the small chestnut squash from the top quarter;

5. Use a spoon to hollow out the flesh in the middle;

6. Put in the marinated ribs;

7. Cover the lid, put it in the pressure cooker and turn to low heat for 35 minutes;

8. Take out and sprinkle some green onions on the surface.
