This is the porridge that my family often makes. It is half stalk rice, half glutinous rice, or add sweet potato, or add pumpkin, sweet and waxy, thick, used for breakfast both full and nutritious. "

Pumpkin Stem Rice Porridge

1. Soak glutinous rice and japonica rice in advance.

2. Add some rock sugar after boiling.

3. Boil again until thick.

4. When the thick rice in the soup is almost cooked, add the peeled and diced pumpkin.

5. Bring to a boil over medium heat again.

6. Until the pumpkin is ripe and rotten.

Tips:

Rock candy can also be left alone. Japonica rice and glutinous rice need to be soaked in advance, which is easy to thicken quickly.
