Tips:

I chose the old pumpkin.
Pumpkin puree is different in water absorption. Different brands of flour and seasonal changes may not have the same water absorption. You can reserve a little high powder and milk, depending on the state of the dough.
Heat the pumpkin in a microwave oven. It is recommended to take out the pumpkin and turn it over after heating for one minute, then continue heating, and check the ripeness of the pumpkin to adjust the heating time.
If you make a square toast, spread it until it's eight or nine minutes full, and cover it when you bake it.
