Pumpkin Toast Roll

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, appropriate amount of pumpkin puree, 1 egg, a little oil

Heat the steamed pumpkin in the microwave to remove excess water and set aside.

Tips:
The egg liquid needs to be wrapped and fried to avoid too long time, the toast is macerated and it is not suitable for forming.
Use low heat when frying, so as not to burn.
Pumpkin puree can be replaced at will.
