(pumpkin) Wogua Potato Rice Bowl
1.
Pumpkins in the north are green-skinned, and red-skinned pumpkins can be used. Cut the whole pumpkin in half, then use a small spoon to dig out the seeds. Peel the potatoes.
2.
Break into (or cut) small pieces.
3.
Chopped green onion and minced ginger
4.
A little oil in the pot.
5.
Add the chopped green onion and ginger, add a little sauce or soy sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add pumpkin and potatoes and stir well.
7.
Add warm water without the ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat.
8.
Stew until the sticky potatoes and pumpkin rot as well. You can try the shovel and it is easy to break.
9.
I cook the rice in a pressure cooker quite quickly, and it will be ready in just a minute. Hahaha
10.
Finally, pour the vegetables on the rice, it's good... nutritious and healthy.
