Purple Amaranth Salad

Prepare fresh purple amaranth to remove the head, wash and remove the old leaves;

Soak in salt water for 3 minutes, remove and drain;

Boil water, put a little ginger, and purple amaranth;

Add some salt, blanch the purple amaranth, and remove it.

Purple amaranth is too cold water; PS: It will fade, which is normal.

Tips:
1. The stems of purple amaranth are not relatively old and are not suitable for cold dressing;
