Purple Potato Yam Puree

Prepare the required ingredients, soak the raisins in pure water in advance, and cut the almonds in half

Wash the purple potatoes, peel them, and steam them in a pot

Wash the yam and peel it off, soak in salt water for a few minutes

The yam is steamed in the pot

Add the steamed purple potato to the right amount of whipped cream and fine sugar to make a purple potato mash

Similarly, mash the yam, whipped cream, and white sugar into a puree.

Take a plate and put the mashed potato in the middle of the plate

Put raisins and almonds on top of the mashed potatoes as fillings

Add yam puree, raisins and almonds

The chocolate is melted in water with a little whipped cream

Garnish with strawberries and kiwi and top with melted chocolate.
Tips:
1. Soaking in salt water for yam can prevent oxidation and blackening;
2. The size of purple sweet potato is medium and suitable, I chose a larger one, and only used half of it;
3. When adding whipped cream when making mashed potatoes, be careful not to add too much at one time. If you add too much, it will become fluid and will not form, so you can add it in batches;
4. Dried fruits can be changed to others according to personal preference;
5. Adjust the sweetness by yourself. I put 30 grams of granulated sugar and 160 grams of whipped cream in total. The sweetness is moderate and not too sweet.
