Purple Rice Cheese Stuffed Toast

Toast baked by yourself.

For cheese filling, take 200 grams of cream cheese cheese into a container, add 25 grams of powdered sugar, add 30 grams of milk, and use an electric whisk to make it smooth. The cheese filling I made didn't use a whisk and it didn't look smooth.

Take 100 grams of purple rice and soak it in cold water for more than four hours, let the water out, then add 120 grams of water to the pot and steam it, add appropriate amount of sugar while it is hot and mix well.

Take a slice of bread and smear it with a layer of purple rice filling.
