3. Pour the purple rice into a steaming bowl and add 4 times the water. Put the lid on the steamer and steam for 30 minutes on high heat. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Cut fresh mangoes, scribe a cross knife, and cut into small cubes.

8. Cut off the four sides of the toast slice, and take a slice with the cream cheese sauce.

9. Add the purple rice and spread it out.

10. Cover with a slice of toast.

14. If you need to carry it, put it in a fresh-keeping box or wrap it in tin foil. It is not recommended to wrap it in a fresh-keeping thin package, as it will be squeezed and deformed when being carried.
