Purple Sugar Does Not Shake

Put an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour in a bowl, and slowly add water until it is almost like snow flakes.

Knead into smooth glutinous rice balls with moderate hardness.

Divide the glutinous rice dumplings into small squeezers, and then knead them into small glutinous rice dumplings, not too big, because they are not stuffed.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, put the glutinous rice balls into a boil until they float and remove them, adding cold water once in the middle.

Pour some sweet-scented osmanthus in the pot, then put a little brown sugar and water.

The cooked glutinous rice balls are put into the sweet-scented osmanthus juice.

Roll each glutinous rice ball with sweet-scented osmanthus.

Put on a plate, pour the remaining sugar osmanthus juice in the pot on top, and finally sprinkle some chopped cranberries.
