Purple Sweet Potato Blackcurrant Toast

Prepare the ingredients and avoid rushing (if the weather is hot, kneading bread is the method of salt, butter and yeast)

Put two pieces of dough in a warm place to ferment, and ferment to about twice as much, stick the flour with your fingers and poke the flour, just don’t shrink back.

Then take out the two doughs and let them vent, knead a few times, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

Take out the white dough, roll it out to the same length as the mold, then roll out the purple sweet potato flour into a smaller shape, place it on the white dough sheet and press it tightly (when the dough is rolled in the middle, there will be a sound of bursting bubbles, which is normal)

In hot days, kneading the dough with a bread machine requires the use of post-salt, butter and yeast, which is easy to remove the mask.
