Purple Sweet Potato Cranberry Biscuits

Cut cranberries into smaller pieces

The butter is softened, add powdered sugar, and use a whisk to fully blend until it is evenly beaten

Add egg mixture and mix well

Add small grains of cranberries

Add the sifted low flour and stir with a rubber spatula until the flour and butter are fully integrated and become a dough

Add purple potato mash

Put the dough on the greased paper, arrange it into a square, bag it and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about an hour, then take it out and cut it into thin biscuit slices about 5-6 cm thick with a knife.

Put the biscuits in the baking tray, 160 degrees, middle level, 20 minutes!
Tips:
Since I added purple sweet potato, it is not very crispy after cooling
