Purple Yam Biscuits

Peel and cut the purple sweet potato yam into pieces, and steam them in a pot

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it into thin purple yam mud

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add in powdered sugar and mix well

Add purple yam puree and mix well
